At luannie.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items returned after 60 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@luannie.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • The reason for the return

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (all orders ship free, so this typically does not apply).

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at support@luannie.com. We'll guide you through the process and get the right item to you as quickly as possible.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@luannie.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  3. If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at support@luannie.com.
